PT Global offer a wide range of digital instrumentation including digital indicators & displays that are compatible with all PT Limited load cells. All digital indicators are designed to be easy to set up and use and have options for panel, desk or wall mounting. Their indicator range offers a vast array of output signals from serial outputs to analog outputs such as 0-10VDC and 4-20mA plus a full range of digital outputs including RS232, RS485, Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus as well as Profinet and CanOpen. Many indicators boast OIML approvals as well as New Zealand and Australian approvals.
Load cell signal conditioners and load cell transmitters, are also often referred to as load cell amplifiers and are part of instrumentation range. They are used to convert the load cell electrical signal to a more usable signal to allow connection to other devices or instrumentation such as PLCs. The PT Limited range of Weigh Assembles is designed as a complete weigh solution for static installations such as tanks and silos. Tank load cells are also known as silo load cells, hopper load cells & vessel load cells.
Their collection includes stainless steel and nickel plated tool steel options with environmental ratings up to IP68. Weigh assembles include the tank/silo load cell as well as the full mount kit. Load Pins also referred to as shackle load pins are used for special purpose weighing applications. PT Limited offer a selection of load pins suitable for standard lifting shackles for suspended weighing installations.

Junction Boxes, also often known as summer boxes, are used in multi-load cell installations. Not only do they keep all cables tidy and only require one cable to be attached the indicator, making wiring into the connectors an easier task; junction boxes are capable of corner adjustments for precision weighing.
Surge arrestors are used to prevent power spikes and are commonly used in outdoor installations that may be subject to lightning strikes to reduce potentially damaging effects.
PT100SSB-4N S/S Junction Box
The PT100SSB-4N is a standard stainless steel load cell junction box sealed to IP67 with adjustments for each load cell to enable corner matching suitable fornormal weighing applications.
The summing box also has jumpers to bypass the adjustments where vCal of the digitising instrument is required. The four load cell glands accept load cell cable diameters 3.5mm to 6.5mm and the gland for the cable to the digitiser accepts a 4.5mm to 8mm diameter cable. The summing box is easily mounted with easy internal access, sized at 208mm x 134mm x 35mm high.
