Power io Products

Power-io provides advanced products for power control applications, using customized TRIAC, SCR, IGBT, Mosfets or solid state switching designs and technology

Example:- Power-io offer DC switching of loads from 200-600 amps, or momentary loads up to 1000 amps DC!!
How about switching DC loads at up to 15KHZ!

Products

Solid State Relays
solid state relay

H” Family of hockey puck solid state relays for AC switching applications from 1-90 amps. These relays include a clear safety cover and the Maximum Surge Survival™ technology:

1-90 amp, AC or DC activated solid state relays for switching AC loads
SSR heat sinks, thermal transfer pads, MOVs, parts, pre-installed options
I2T fuses, semiconductor fuses and din rail fuse holders

din rail solid state contactor

HMA” Family of hockey puck solid state relays for AC switching applications from 1-50 or 1-90 amps. The HMA converts the analog 4-20mA control signal into a high speed on/off/on/off control for heaters. The microprocessor-based unit uses a minimum of 3 half sine waves and adds ONs or OFFs to match the required performance. Regular resistive heaters will have an extended life; and high speed loads such as IR heaters and sealing bars will have accurate performance while using electrically clean, noise free, zero-crossing technology:

1-90 amp, analog 4-20mA activated solid state relays for switching AC loads

solid state relay

HDD” Family of hockey puck solid state relays for DC switching applications. These relays include a clear safety cover, the Maximum Surge Survival™ technology, RoHS, CE, and Made in the USA. DC switching is common for solar, vehicle, and alternative energy applications, using mosfet or IGBT technology. Switching can be any speed up to 20kHz PWM:

1-75 amp, DC activated solid state relays for switching DC loads
SSR heat sinks, thermal transfer pads, MOVs, parts, pre-installed options

din rail solid state relays ssr contactors

C” Family of din rail contactors for applications up to 100 amps. Two pole switching or individual single poles; Maximum Surge Survival™ technology; and flow through wiring. The universal, modular design replaces mechanical, mercury or lighting contactors in industrial, municipal, or military applications.

up to 100 amp per pole, AC activated
up to 100 amp per pole, DC activated, + diagnostics feedback output
up to 100 amp per pole, 0-10 VDC analog activated, + diagnostics feedback output. This analog input version provides normal high speed on/off/on/off based upon a 1 second time period, OR it provides electrically clean, zero-crossing, high speed performance based upon 3 half sine waves and adding additional ON or OFFs.

solid state relay

3 Phase solid state contactors” for 2 or 3 leg break of 3 phase applications
