Newest Multi-Interace PCI Serial Adapter for Automation & Control
Sealevel Systems announces the release of the 7804c PCI Serial Interface with eight field-selectable RS-232/422/485 asynchronous serial ports. The 7804c supports data rates exceeding 1 Mbps for industrial automation and control applications.
The range of configurability enabled by the 7804c PCI Serial Interface allows users to implement for standard serial COM port requirements via RS-232. RS-422 mode can be used for long distance device connections, or for applications where noise immunity and high data integrity are essential. And for applications that capture data from multiple peripherals along a network, RS-485 can be implemented. Flexibility is maximized as the ports can be assigned a variety of electrical interface combinations while relying on a single 7804c. For use in extreme environments, the 7804c features a wide operating temperature range of 0C to 70C. Sealevels SeaCOM software is included for easy installation and operation.

SoftPAC Software-based Programmable Automation Controller
SoftPAC is a software-based programmable automation controller (PAC) designed for PC-based control.
Programmed just like an Opto 22 hardware PAC, SoftPAC runs your PAC Control strategy independently on an embedded or standalone PC.
One SoftPAC is included in the PAC Project Professional Software Suite, or you can purchase SoftPAC separately and use the free PAC Project Basic Software Suite to program it.
SoftPAC has the following advantages when compared to a hardware PAC:
- You can run your PAC Control control program (strategy) in a Microsoft Windows environment rather than on a standalone or rack-mounted PAC.
- If you are a machine builder or an OEM with a PC already in your product, or if you want to use a PC for a new design, your cost for a controller is reduced.
- SoftPAC takes advantage of a PCs ability to quickly read and write to files as well as its greater space for data storage. This makes it especially useful for applications requiring extended file storage, frequent access to files, math-intensive processes, or a large number of control flowcharts running at the same time.

With demand for hand sanitizer more than doubling across the US, and continuing annual growth of more than 20% expected in coming years, 2020 presented the cleaning industry with a big financial opportunity.Emerald 66 Enterprises(E66) mobilized resources to meet this need, setting up shop in an empty denim processing plant in Seminole, Oklahoma, U.S.A.
In only three months, E66 had automated packaging lines producing up to 1 million bottles of hand sanitizer a week in a cGMP-compliant facility, and they continue to expand their core process capabilities at a rapid clip.

90IP and 90IPB Instrumentation Platform with smartSLOT Technology
The 90IP (AC Powered) and 90IPB (External Battery Operated, 12V DC) Instrumentation Platforms are four slot chassis with controller that may be used as a bench-top instrument or in rack-mount systems. Each 90IP and 90IPB chassis has its own controller card and display providing both hard and soft front panel addressability along with space for up to 4 slot cards. The soft front panel allows GPIB or RS-232 communication to load pre-stored setup configurations. Each slot card has its own micro-controller to automatically configure the controller display when installing a slot card (smart SLOT Technology). Up to 32 of these multiple-channel instruments may be daisy chained and addressed from a PC interface to meet the needs of high channel count applications.
All 90IP’s provide a carrier for a full range of products that will include:
