IT2800 Graphical Source Measure Unit
The IT2800 Series are compact and cost-effective bench-top Source Measure Units (SMUs) with the capability to source and measure both voltage and current.
The IT2800 Series combine the capabilities of a voltage source, a current source, a voltage meter, a current meter and an ohmmeter (along with the capability to switch easily between these various functions). This ensures the independent measurement of IV characteristic in 4-quadrant.
With a current range of 10fA to 10A and a voltage range of100nV to 1000V, the IT2800 series SMU has capabilities that allow it to perform more than just simple DC and pulsed measurements to prevent errors inmeasurement results due to the device’s own heating.

In the context of carbon neutrality, the electric vehicle market is growing rapidly. Along with the decay of power battery life to less than 80%, the electrochemical performance of the battery will decline significantly, making it difficult to fully meet the normal power needs of the car, and the battery will enter the end-of-life stage.
Comprehensive environmental factors and economic factors, recycling of used power batteries is a necessary task.

Introduction to Vibration Control Curve in Industrial Plants
The Vibration Control (VC) curve is a vital tool used in the analysis of vibration-sensitive instruments, particularly in industrial settings. It represents the vibration response of instruments or machinery across different frequencies. By plotting vibration amplitude against frequency, engineers and researchers can understand how different components within a system respond to varying frequencies of vibration. This information is critical for ensuring the proper functioning and longevity of sensitive equipment.
In summary, the VC curve and the broader practice of monitoring industrial plant vibrations are indispensable for maintaining efficient, safe, and reliable operations. Through continuous monitoring and analysis, industries can prevent disruptions, enhance productivity, save costs, and ensure the safety of both equipment and personnel.
Read MoreSignal generator X-Conn PWM - A Versatile solution
The signal generator X-Conn PWM generates a digital pulse sequence with configurable output voltage. Depending on the device design, it is possible to operate consumers with varying power consumption. This makes the X-Conn PWM extremely versatile. For example, it can be used for:
- Component tests in the automotive industry
- Simulation of control devices, pumps, fans, etc.
- Operation and testing of directly connected, PWM-controlled loads (such as vehicle interior lighting)
The broad frequency range from 1 to 5 kHz with consistently high resolution of the PWM signal and intuitive parameterization and operation are particular strengths of the signal generator.
The X-Conn PWM can be operated manually, has an electrically isolated serial RS232 interface and can also be entirely controlled and queried remotely, making it perfectly suited for automated measurement and test procedures.
Your benefits:
- Precision: Generates signals with high precision.
- Flexibility: Individual housing variants and customer-specific additional functions are possible.
- Easy to use: X-Conn PWM offers intuitive parameterization and operation.
- Efficiency: Measurement and test processes can be conveniently controlled.
High-precision: X-Conn Runout measures shafts
e service life of shafts depends significantly on their true running characteristics, but material damage can also lead shaft failure. measX has developed a mobile, easy-to-use test system that can measure and depict the true running, surface roughness and, if an inductive sensor is used, material alterations in the of shafts.
The system can be used for quality control of the runout tracks during production and assembly as well as for preventive maintenance at the installation site of a shaft. The measurement system is highly precise: even the smallest deviations and damage are detected.
The portable design also makes it easy to use on large shafts that are monitored for runout during operation with no-contact vibration sensors in specific measurement tracks. These measurement tracks are ground into the shaft, polished to minimal roughness and feature the highest surface quality. The high precision of X-Conn Runout of < 1 µm enables precise information to be acquired even from these runout tracks.
Your benefits:
- Information: Even the smallest damage can be precisely identified and documented.
- Cost savings: Early information makes early intervention possible.
- Flexibility: The compact device is portable and can also be used directly at the installation site.
- Simplicity: X-Conn Runout is convenient to calibrate and easy to use.
