Meriam Laminar Flow Elements (LFEs) are excellent for measuring low gas flow rates from 0.2SCCM up to 2250 SCFM. They are inherently accurate, repeatable and are calibrated traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Flow turndown is 20:1 or better and the differential pressure generated is nearly linear to flow.

50MH10 Series Laminar Flow Element

All Stainless Steel welded unit with fused matrix. Line connections are tapered ends (no threads) for hose connections. Differential pressure connections are ¼" NPT and flow elements are available for 1" to 16" line sizes.
